At Haus of Rare, each piece is printed on demand just for you, which allows us to provide unique, personalised products and reduce waste. As a result, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items unless they are faulty. Please take a moment to review our policy below:

  • Refunds for Faulty Goods: If an item arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us at hello@jazreenaharlow.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the process and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Non-Refundable Orders: Because each item is printed specifically for you upon ordering, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, change of mind, or design preference. To help ensure your satisfaction, please consult our detailed size guides before placing an order.
